Surrender a catIf you need to surrender your cat, please contact us ASAP. We do have a waiting list to bring in cats. We maintain this list in order to stay within our legal limits for housing animals as well as to keep stress and disease levels low for the animals we are housing. The list also helps us continue to not euthanize for space or time. We understand that this can be frustrating and try our best to be accommodating and helpful within our capabilities.
Once we contact you and let you know when you can bring in your surrendered cat, you have the option of filling this form out at home and emailing it or bringing it in with you. Please bring in any medical records you may have. Also, any possessions/toys/food or other items you would like to remain with your cat. |
Surrender a dogUnlike cats, we rarely have to have a waiting list to surrender a dog. Our dogs tend to get adopted very quickly, so we usually have space to bring them in. We do request that you fill out the attached form and e-mail it prior to coming in or bring it with you when you get here. Please bring in any medical records you may have. Also, any possessions/toys/food or other items you would like to remain with your dog.
